I've been following this throughout the year and the championship came down to the last race of the season at Brands Hatch (Race 3 of the weekend).

Just 2 points seperated John Hopkins (USA) & Tommy Hill (Eng)......... whoever finished ahead of the other would walk away as the champion.

What a superb race, i really like Hopper but the patriotic side of me took over and i was backing Tommy for the win!

LOL, good old JW, I was gutted when they stopped showing as much bike racing on std TV. I'm sure Chris would agree, most races are like that in BSB, scraping fairing panels and all sorts.

Hopper does (or did) live in the UK mainly, so I'd have been happy for either. Good clean passing.
