I took my lad to the f1 stockcars on Mayday.
Wain knows how i am into this type of racing, thought would share with you all.
Ministox, F1 stockcars and F2 stockcars were racing.
The coloured roofs are gradings-
from white (novice), yellow, blue, red and Gold ( world champion), silver (points champion) and finally black and white chequared ( british champion)
Flashing lights on the aerofoils are showing superstar status.

(btw this is the first time i have used the camcorder properly)

It was the F1 final next - i took photo's of the cars lining up, then disaster-
the battery on the camcorder gave in. grr- new one ordered now.
I plan to make a slideshow of the photo's and add here

thats cool my dad used to do auto cross and his mate did stock car racing and we used to do the work on the cars ourselves really goods atmosphere at the events as well cant wait for the pics

I have been to a few F1 stockcar races where the wives of the drivers get to race the cars- hilarious, they just crawl round the track lol

It is a very expensive hobby tho.
The former world champion had spent £25,000- just on the engine.
the car sold recently for £35,000 ( i was told)

shocking really its so expensive to do any motorsport shame really,id love to take up rallying but it a fortune lol
