Ok,
This will most likely be my game of the year, there is no game that i have ever looked forward to playing more than this.
I know Linz is into her Gears about as much as i am............. anyone else really looking forward to the 20th?

Have has this game on pre-order so long now. Going to be mega. Gears3 will be fighting it out with F1 and Forza for Xbox time. Not enough hours in the day.

Got the beta. Had a bash for a while. Got frustrated with people who play nonstop and were up around lvl20 and making it so hard for newbies to get used to the new weapons etc. Will have to find games with gear tards like myself

But back on nz's point, i must admit........ i really dont like all of this "wall bounce" crap that people do in the Gears games...... mind you, from what i played of the beta, a pull of the trigger using the sawn off soon rectifies that!

Yeah, i think everyones is the same, theyve got them ready early due to the level of demand but theyre not handing them over to royal mail until saturday......... I expect a monday delivery at best! Cant wait!

Yea its soooo gonna be ace. Im trading in a whole bunch of games tomorrow including gow1 and 2 and f10, dirt2 maybe even dirt3 which will help pay for the next pre order lol

Ahhh don't worry mate, Forza will occupy most of your time and F1-2011 will be a big game too.
There does seem some sparkle missing from D3 for some reason. I think I expected more of a challenge tbh.

yea me too. I still think its a cracking game, I just cant get back into it anymore. Forza 4 and gow3 will be taking up all my time for the next few months :)

Would like to get a squad of 4 together to tackle the campaign on Insane........ plus you get Achievements for going through the game in 4 player co-op!

Also, just a warning to anyone else on here who is gettin Gears 3 and wants to install it to the HDD........ this is the first title to use this new DVD technology Microsoft has started using. As a result upon starting the install the disc will spin in the drive for 2-3 minutes then stop instead of spinning for the entire install!
