Its in beta stage at the moment but available on Steam for free, the only drawback is you will av to pay for certain tracks and cars- but you do get one track and 3-4 cars free to begin with.
I had to pay for Hockenheim, you get 3 layouts- G.P, National and short. It works out at around £4.
Cars are £2-£3 ish each. This will end up being quite expensive in the long run for many people i think. With other racing games such as Assetto Corsa being released later this year it could also affect how many bother with this although the game itself is good. Graphics are nice, handling is pretty good and with no assists its a challenge. I like engine sound in games too- so i dont like games where a fiat 500 sounds the same as a Ferrari. Raceroom ticks the boxes for audio- sounds sweet!!
Also a pity that i got the red haze on the right of the vid- bloody p.c lights lol.
Maybe a reason to buy fraps.
